Submission 1:

Organizing and curating exhibitions involves extensive behind-the-scenes work, including reviewing submissions, planning logistics, marketing events, managing administrative tasks, fees and coordinating with artists and venues. These efforts require significant time, effort, and resources, particularly when curators work independently or with limited funding. Submission fees play a crucial role in offsetting these operational costs, enabling curators to manage the process effectively while continuing to provide meaningful opportunities for artists. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. This policy reflects the commitment of resources and time required to review and process each submission. As the exhibition space operates on a rotating schedule with a limited number of available slots each year, this policy ensures fairness and sustainability for all applicants. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that your submission fee is non-refundable.
