Brewery Park Corporate Campus Mural Opportunity

Use the form below to submit your proposal for the mural opportunity within the Brewery Park Corporate Campus. The campus is located at 1155 Gratiot in Detroit just south of Eastern Market.

OPPORTUNITY:
- 27'x10' cinder block wall which faces Gratiot exit/entrance which leads to I-75

- Vent and pillars can be painted

- Wall contains an EV charging unit, as shown in photos. This will remain.

- Will be washed and primed prior to painting

- Electrical scaffolding supplied

There are three preexisting murals in the East structure, see photos below. The campus plans to incorporate more murals in the future as the Brewery Park Corporate Campus has a large parking structure with two levels. Lots of future opportunities!

Your quote must include all supplies, paint, your time, ect. A commission of 20% paid to the campus art curator (Amanda Koss) will be deducted from final payment price. Please make sure your pricing reflects this.

This space is 27' wide x 10' tall and faces the Gratiot exit/entrance which leads to I-75 and towards Eastern Market. Use your creativity regarding the vent and poles, if you would like to paint or exclude them.
