Processing Time
• Original artwork ships within 3 business days. All original artwork is prepped with a UV coating and throughly dried prior to mailing. Shipping & handling is included in the web price, unless expedited shipping has been arranged prior.

• Reproductions ship within 5 business days. Shipping & handling is included in the web price, unless expedited shipping has been arranged prior.

If you need expedited shipping on a reproduction or a rush order, please send me an email to amandakossart@gmail.com and I can accommodate.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

I accept all major credit cards, PayPal and cash in person.

Returns & Exchanges

All original artwork is sold as-is. All originals are kept in a humidity controlled and pet-free environment and then they are inspected prior to shipping. If you wish to return an original piece, please contact me within 14 days of receipt at amandakossart@gmail.com

Returns and exchanges are welcome on any and all reproductions. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork at amandakossart@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Personalized Orders

• Digital Downloads

Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition with original packaging and box, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to shipping damage. The original packaging and box is very important to the well being of your purchase as it is important to the well being of your return.
