"Fragments"

20"x20"x1.5" This is one of those pieces where I kept going in circles, over and over… and over for four months in my mind. There were so many elements I loved, yet something kept pulling me back in.

Being an abstract artist is a challenge. There’s no road map, no predictable end result—just instinct, exploration, and trust in the process. I know the formula I created for a strong piece, but every work demands sacrifice. And while that sacrifice always pays off, it’s never easy and takes a lot of retrospection.
