Bear Witness: A Writing & Art Exploration of Racial Injustice
–– A collaboration with The Tuxedo Project Detroit and the Downtown Boxing Gym using the text "Ghost Boys" by Jewell Parker Rhodes. Local Detroit youth express feelings and thoughts through art after reading or listening to excerpts from the book. The art created is the students call to action to help end racial injustice, grades 7th-11th.
